MAHARASHTRA TANTRIK SHIKSHAN MANDAL

Maharashtra Tantrik Shikshan Mandal is a registered Society and Public Trust started at Savedi, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. MTSM is working since the year 1994 in the field of Education to poor family children, Skill Development Training & providing Job placement or Self Employment to needy youths in the area. Also worked for Women empowerment by formation of Self Help Groups, women training for accounts, small saving habits, lending and repayments, also specific Skill Training provided to each group to start their own small business. To develop village industries at all over Maharashtra State we are working. 

MTSM Ahmednagar belives in economical stability through employment or self-employment of rural families. MTSM conducting  School for  slum area children,  College for very poor family youths, Support to training & Employment Generation Programmes. Registered Training Partner of  National Skill Development Corporation, (NSDC) New Delhi. Also Training Partner with Electronic Sector Skill Council of India(ESSCI), Apparel Make-up Sector skill Council of India, & other more SSCs. MTSM institution  Ahmednagar Having its Maharashtra Public School and Junior college in Savedi, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. College of Information Technology & Research, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.  

Recently MTSM has been selected training partner to conduct National Urban Livelihood Mission skill training and employment generation activity. Conducted training 480 candidates training in 2023-24.

Now MTSM has been selected as Training and Placement Partner under the PMUKVK Promod Mahajan Udyojakta Kaushal Vikas Kendra Yojna of Govt of Maharashtra under MSSDS Mumbai. Under this MTSM has started 4 training center in rural area of Rahuri and Nagar Taluka.                     1) Takalimiya, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. 2)Vambori, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra 3) Navnagapur, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. 4)Nagardeola, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.

MTSM has working and worked as immplementing agency, training provider under various schemed and yojna of GOI & Govt.of Maharashtra such as TRYSEM, DWACRA, SGSY, SJSRY, NRLM, CSWB, STEP, Youth Vocational Training, NULM, PMUKVY, PMKVY, etc. By all these schemes MTSM has generated employment for youths in Ahmednagar, Nashik Districts.

MTSM had initiatives in development of Ahmednagar city and District such as start of SSI LTD Hi-End IT Training center generated placement for 300 IT Engineers in 1999-2001, JETKING LTD Training Center in 2002-2004 created employment for 400 youths,  MTSM has Trained more than 20000 youths and more than 25000 rural women SHG members, Also provides tech support, Marketing support to rural artisan and craftsman,  local entrepreneurs provided with website, digital marketing, Sale Exhibitions, rallies, etc. 

AS per the New Education Policy (NEP) MTSM has setup Hi-tech Labs of vocational courses at its School, College & Skill Training centers. 

MTSM Conducts Practical oriented teaching Methodology, at its school, college & Skill Training Institutes.
